Please ensure all information is accurate when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter the product choice(s), address, or cancel the order. When you place an order, the data is automatically sent to the warehouse and orders begin processing right away. While we try to process all orders within 24 hours, sometimes orders can take between 1-5 business days (sometimes longer) to process and get picked up by the shipping company depending on volume. Especially products that have gone viral with tons of sales, they can take longer.
Processing times during August/October for Halloween orders, and during December for Christmas orders can take between 7-15 days to process depending on work load. No orders are processed during Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year Holidays.
Once the shipping company picks up your parcel they will then assign tracking and upload to our system, you'll be then notified of the shipment usually 72 hours afterwards. Tracking information is then available for viewing usually within 7-10 days of you getting a tracking number.
Orders take between 3-5 business weeks on average to arrive once you've placed an order. This varies from country-to-country depending on where it's going.
Holidays do not count. Christmas, New Years, Chinese New Years or any holidays that can affect Shipping Times, Customs Clearance Times, Export Times or any other Processing Times.
If you have not received the parcel after 5 business weeks, you can contact us and we'll look into it. If your tracking information hasn't updated after 20 business days, you can contact us and we'll look into it.
If the parcel hasn't arrived after the maximum of 12 weeks and we're unable to locate it, we will file a claim with the shipping company and they'll have us either provide a refund or ship out another unit if claim is approved.
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout, if you have made an error in your address then we are unable to fix it. You'll need to re-order to receive the product. You can also try contacting your local courier and see if they'll do an address change.
Orders that are refused by your country customs, or held for long-term inspection will not be refunded. Buyers will need to contact your local customs to solve the issues.
Buyers are responsible for any import costs, duties, taxes, tariffs and any other associated fees with importing products into his/her country.
Orders that are refused by the buyer are not returned to us, therefor no refund will be given.
